Arc is deliberately structured as a small senior practice. We do not run the leverage model that most consultancies operate, where partners sell work and analysts deliver it. Our practice leads do the work themselves, supported by a thin layer of senior associates.

This shapes who we hire. We look for experienced practitioners who want to do substantive consultancy work directly with clients, not manage juniors. In return, we offer the closest equivalent to a senior consultancy partnership available to people who do not want to run a practice themselves.
