Logistics is where commercial rooftop solar makes the most sense.

Distribution centres and warehouses are the asset class where the economics of rooftop solar work cleanest. Large unbroken roof area. High daytime electricity consumption from racking, conveyors, cold storage, and EV fleet charging. Long lease terms or owner-occupier structures that align the investment horizon with the asset's useful life.
