Project Delivery

Arc-led project delivery for renewable energy projects. Where Arc carries out the work itself, on the ground, with our own people, our supply chain, and our delivery risk.
Delivery service
An operational service alongside our independent consultancy offering. Different commercial relationship, different risk profile, engaged independently.
what this service is

Where Arc is the delivery party, not the consultancy.

Some clients want Arc to advise them and contract separately with a third-party EPC. Others want Arc to actually deliver the project. The two propositions are different and we sell them separately.
Project Delivery is the operational service. Arc takes the build, runs the site, manages the supply chain, and hands the system over commissioned and documented. We carry the operational risk and the delivery accountability. There is one party responsible for the outcome, and that party is Arc.
This service does not displace our consultancy work. Some clients engage Arc for consultancy only, with a separate contractor delivering. Others engage Arc to advise on one project and deliver another. Where Arc is the delivery party, we are not also the independent consultancy on the same project; the roles are kept structurally separate.
what we deliver

What we deliver.

Four operational workstreams across a typical delivery mandate.
01

Site & build management

Arc takes the site lead. Programme set, milestones tracked, daily site management handled. The asset owner has one accountable point of contact through delivery.
02

Contractor & supply chain

Sub-contractor relationships managed through Arc's vetted supply chain. Installation, electrical, civils, and balance-of-system trades coordinated from a single delivery team.
03

DNO & G99 / G100 management

Grid connection application and commissioning managed in parallel with construction. The interface where most commercial renewable projects slip handled actively, not reactively.
04

Commissioning & handover

End-to-end commissioning programme. Performance verification, documentation pack, MCS where applicable, and handover to the asset owner or asset manager.
why arc delivery

An operational arm with the same governance discipline.

Project Delivery sits outside our consultancy practice. Where Arc is engaged as the delivery party, we are not also acting as independent consultancy on the same project. Clients who want independent consultancy continue to engage our consultancy services without any conflict.
The delivery work brings the same operational discipline as the rest of the firm. Documentation, accountability, programme governance, and reporting are run to the standards our property fund and institutional clients expect — even when we are the contractor rather than the consultancy.
If you want strictly independent oversight of a separately-appointed EPC contractor instead of Arc-led delivery, that is the consultancy Project Management service. They are different products for different clients and we are explicit about it.
frequently asked

Questions clients ask before engaging.

Project Management is consultancy: Arc governs a third-party EPC contractor on the owner's behalf. Project Delivery is operational: Arc carries out the build itself, with our own people and supply chain. Different commercial relationship, different risk profile, engaged independently.
No. Where Arc is the delivery party on a project, we are not also the independent consultancy on the same project. The two roles are structurally separate to protect the integrity of the consultancy work. Clients who want independent consultancy engage our consultancy services from a separate project team.
Arc's delivery resource scales to typical commercial renewable energy projects: rooftop PV from low-tens of kWp through to mid-MWp scale, battery storage, and ground-mount projects below NSIP scale. Larger projects are scoped on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, where the existing contractor relationship can be cleanly resolved and the residual programme and risk position is acceptable. Mid-project takeover is assessed in writing before commitment.
